About the event
A fortnightly activity that encourages light exercise both indoors and outdoors, promoting concentration and strengthening cardiovascular, muscular and immune function. The activity takes place in the facilities and/or gardens of the Kālida Centre. The activity is aimed at people with cancer and coordinated by a qualified Pilates instructor. In collaboration with Fundació Claror.

Improve cardiovascular health and musculoskeletal strength.
Improve flexibility, elasticity and coordination.
Prevention of the risk of developing other conditions and stimulation of immunity.
Reduction in levels of anxiety, stress and depression.
Helps improve quality of life and mood.
A space to share in a friendly way with people in the same situation as you.
To participate, come to the Kālida Sant Pau centre on the day of the session. No prior registration is required (places are limited; arriving about 15 minutes early is recommended to secure your place).
