Estevan and Alejandro Gutiérrez grew up between Ecuador and Switzerland, and their music sounds like both places at once. No singer, no lyrics. Getting There and Getting In
Gran Teatre del Liceu sits at La Rambla, 51-59, one of the more recognizable addresses in the city. The Liceu stop on Line 3 (green) opens almost directly onto La Rambla near the theatre entrance, so this is one of the easier Barcelona venues to reach without a car or taxi. Given La Rambla’s crowds at most hours, building in extra walking time before an 8:30pm start is worth it, especially if you’re crossing from El Raval or Barceloneta.
Doors typically open ahead of the listed 20:30 start. Arrive with time to find your seat rather than rushing in at the last minute, since this is a seated show and latecomers get held until a natural pause. If you want dinner beforehand, the surrounding blocks of El Raval and the Gothic Quarter have far better options than the tourist-menu restaurants directly on La Rambla itself.
