We will begin around the parish church of Sant Pere Molanta (18th century), a popular Baroque church. Right beside it, the route reveals one of its most surprising sites: the medieval necropolis, with anthropomorphic tombs and, above all, a Roman milestone reused as a sarcophagus, an exceptional feature. The route continues towards the Can Torres neighbourhood, with a visit to the Font-Tallada farmhouse (dated 1742), a complex that helps explain how rural life and vineyards have shaped this landscape and its material culture. Finally, we will climb to the Castellot de la Barquera, the remains of a fortification probably dating from the 11th century, located on a small hill that offers a magnificent panoramic view over Sant Pere Molanta, Can Torres and the Penedès plain.
