Support group for people experiencing bereavement

About the event

Aimed at people who have lost a loved one to cancer and who would like a safe, respectful and confidential space where they can express and process their experience of grief.

Throughout the 75-minute session, an emotionally supportive environment is provided where participants can share experiences, emotions and thoughts that often arise after the death of a loved one, such as sadness, anger, guilt, emptiness or a sense of disorientation.
The group allows participants to feel understood, normalize reactions and reduce the sense of loneliness that often accompanies grief.
The session is led by a psychologist specializing in grief, who facilitates the space, guides the group process and provides emotional support and psychological resources adapted to each person's stage of life.
To participate, please visit Kālida Sant Pau to speak with and obtain information from the Center's professional team.
This activity is held in collaboration with the Fundación Mémora.
