About the event

A weekly outing that encourages light outdoor exercise, promoting concentration and strengthening the immune system. The activity takes place along routes through the streets and parks near the Kālida Center.
The activity is intended for people with cancer, who may be accompanied by a family member if they wish, and is coordinated by a qualified Nordic walking instructor. In collaboration with Fundació Claror.

Benefits/Objectives:

Promote physical and mental well-being.

Improve cardiovascular health and musculoskeletal strength.

Improve flexibility, elasticity, and coordination.

Prevention of the risk of developing other conditions and stimulation of immunity.

Reduction in levels of anxiety, stress, and depression.

Helps improve quality of life and mood.

Participation:
To participate in person, come to the Kālida Sant Pau center on the day of the session without prior registration (places are limited; arriving about 15 minutes early is recommended to secure your place).
