Carlos Sarduy, originally from Havana, Cuba, is an outstanding trumpeter, percussionist, pianist and composer whose versatility has established him as a prominent figure on the European music scene since his arrival in 2008. Recognized for his impressive sound and profound musicality, Sarduy has developed a career spanning not only jazz, but also flamenco, popular music and modern music.
With more than 50 albums to his name, many released by renowned labels, he has had the privilege of collaborating with prominent figures such as Chucho and Bebo Valdés, Steve Coleman, David Murray, Esperanza Spalding, Vuika, Ainhoa Arteta and Ojos de Brujo, among others.
