Toca.cat is an independent calendar of upcoming events in Catalonia, designed to help people choose what to do using practical, verifiable information.
Where the information comes from
We consult official organizer, venue and public authority websites, as well as authorized sources identified on each event page. The official source remains definitive for changes, tickets and cancellations.
How we publish
An event enters the catalog only when it has an official Catalan municipality, a reviewed category, current dates and original editorial content in Catalan, Spanish and English. Duplicate, incomplete or insufficient-quality pages remain hidden.
Use of Codex
We use the operator-authenticated Codex CLI to categorize events and prepare original text from source-supported facts. Automated checks cover length, complete sentences, originality, languages and practical detail before publication. We do not use the OpenAI API or invent promotional claims.
Corrections
Every event page links to the official source and offers a correction form. You can also use the contact form; submissions are reviewed before the catalog changes.
