Training session aimed at organizations and associations to learn how they should prepare and submit the activities they wish to carry out during the 2026–27 academic year, as well as the resulting documentary and procedural obligations.

Contents:

I want to carry out an activity: what steps should I follow to propose it?
General criteria and requirements for submitting projects. Internal procedures regarding the planning and validation of activities.
Documentary obligations related to submission: activity forms, calendar...
Legal obligations related to the management of activities: insurance, permits, and safety.
Best practices for drafting and presenting proposals.
