In-person workshop:

Entrepreneurship is much more than having a good idea: it is about leading it until it becomes reality. In this practical workshop, we will explore the keys to leadership that generates results for entrepreneurs.

You will learn to lead with focus, defining a clear vision that guides every decision for your project; to prioritize strategically in order to dedicate your energy to what really matters; to delegate with confidence and empower your team so that they can give their best.

We will work on how to give constructive feedback that drives growth, how to develop the talent of the people around you and, ultimately, how to build a leadership style oriented towards the sustainable success of your business. A space designed for male and female entrepreneurs who want to move from managing tasks to leading people and growing their projects.
