Who is it for?

This course is designed for people working in the textile sector who perform these functions:

Office administration and management

Management and secretarial support

Customer service

HR, Finance, Operations or Sales administrative teams

Coordination, document management and back-office staff

Priority in registration will be given to employees of companies in the textile sector in the Maresme region.

To follow the course normally, the following is recommended:

Prior knowledge of basic AI.

An active ChatGPT and Gemini account at user level

Knowledge of the digital world.

Familiarity with administrative tasks.

No programming or machine learning knowledge is required.

What will you learn?

The objective is to enable participants to understand, integrate and apply AI tools to tasks performed by administrative departments. Upon completion, participants will be able to:

Manage administrative tasks with generative AI and intelligent agents.

Draft emails, minutes, reports and documents more clearly and quickly.

Organize calendars, schedules, meetings and communications with assistance.

Use AI for customer service and administrative support.

Process basic data in spreadsheets using AI tools.
