France is the birthplace of Gipsy Jazz, created by the brilliant Django Reinhardt, and also has a rich tradition of Gypsy and flamenco music.
Swing Time is a trio of guitarists arriving with a special proposal: gipsy jazz and flamenco, two forms of Gypsy music that have rarely been fused. The show will journey from traditional manouche swing to flamenco fusions, with the aim of appreciating the shared background and roots of these two sister musical cultures.
The concerts at Harlem Jazz Club are the exclusive start of their tour of the Iberian Peninsula.
