REGARDING REGISTRATION OPTIONS

Full registration: Includes the symposium dinner and access to all scientific sessions, coffee breaks, and lunch.

Standard registration: Does NOT include the symposium dinner and includes access to all scientific sessions, coffee breaks, and lunch.

FOR INVOICING

If you need your university, research center, or agency to pay the registration fee (or reimburse you for it), remember that you must NOT enter your personal details on the invoice. You will find a specific section called "Billing details." In this section, you must enter:

Legal name: The full official name of the university/research center/agency, CIF/NIF: The tax identification number of the university/research center/agency (not your DNI), Tax address: The official address of the university/research center/agency.

Note: Once the invoice has been issued with personal details, the system does not allow it to be modified, so review this carefully before completing the payment.

DO YOU NEED A PRO FORMA INVOICE?

If you need a pro forma invoice, follow the steps in the registration form and bear the following procedure in mind:

1. Download the pro forma invoice: When you reach the tax details entry screen, click “Preview,” and it will download automatically.

1. Leave the payment pending: Continue the process until you reach the card payment screen. At this point, close the window by clicking the cross (X) in the upper-right corner.

1. Do not cancel the process: This way, the registration will be correctly recorded in the system, but with the status "pending payment." > Important: Do not click any "Cancel" button.

To complete the payment later: When you wish to complete the payment, contact us and we will send you the link to resume the process.

DO YOU WANT TO MANAGE REGISTRATIONS FOR A THIRD PARTY?

For invoicing and administrative management reasons, registrations must be completed one at a time (only one attendee per form). If you need to register several people, the process must be completed individually for each of them.
