Registration for the 19th Meeting on the History of Science and Technology

The Catalan Society for the History of Science and Technology (SCHCT) is organizing the 19th Meeting on the History of Science and Technology in Barcelona (IEC headquarters) on November 26–27, 2026.

The Meeting is the scientific gathering held every two years to host the research work and activities carried out by SCHCT members, as well as work by other researchers in the history of science, medicine and technology who wish to participate.

REGISTRATION OPTIONS MANAGED BY THIS FORM

100€ Reduced fee for SCHCT members. From July 16 to September 30 (You can join the SCHCT using the form available at this link)

150€ Reduced fee for non-members. From July 16 to September 30.

225€ General fee. From October 1 to November 6.

Payment by bank card. Registrations are individual.

IMPORTANT: INVOICING IN THE NAME OF A UNIVERSITY OR ORGANIZATION. If you need the invoice to be issued in the name of a university or organization, when you reach the “payment method” section of the form, enter the organization's details directly, not your own: (Organization name, Document type: NIF/CIF, Registered business name, etc.).

REGISTRATION OPTIONS NOT MANAGED BY THIS FORM

SCHCT grant recipients. Once acceptance of the grant has been communicated (before July 15), your registration will be processed through the SCHCT secretariat ([email protected]).

“Master's attendee” option. Free registration for master's students (IILP-UV; UAB-UB-UPF-CSIC; and UB CULT MED) who are not presenting a paper; registration will be processed directly by the relevant master's program secretariat.
