In just 30 minutes, this online seminar will introduce you to practical tips and resources that will help you save time when searching for information for your assignments and activities.

Complement this seminar with the other sessions in the BiblioStart series, where you will learn search strategies in the subject area of your bachelor's or master's final project.

What will you learn?

How to make the most of the Library and digital resources for UOC students.
How to use LIA, the Library's artificial intelligence assistant.
How to broaden a search and request books and articles from other libraries.
How to quickly find books and other resources on the topics you are working on in your courses.
How to find out whether an article or book is available at the Library while browsing the internet.
What services the Library offers so that you do not get stuck when searching for information.

The online seminar will take place on 20/10. Register and we will send you an email with the link to follow it live.

The seminar will be recorded, and you will be able to access it at any time on BiblioSkills, the Library's training website.

The BiblioStart series is designed to help you search for information through nine online sessions: a general seminar in which we will introduce you to the Library and you will learn useful tips and tools, as well as more specific seminars where you will learn search strategies and where to find sources of information for your bachelor's or master's final project.
